Owner
Sets up the household, invites people, assigns roles and sees everything, including spending.
Home organizer · iPhone and Android
HouseBee brings tasks, routines, shopping requests, receipts and spending into one shared app for the people who run your home: owners, family managers, household staff and drivers.
Roles
The owner invites each person and gives them a role. HouseBee checks that role on the server before every change, so staff can't approve spending and a driver only sees what they're asked to buy.
Sets up the household, invites people, assigns roles and sees everything, including spending.
Runs the day to day: approves requests, assigns drivers, manages tasks and products, reviews monthly spending.
Asks for what they need and follows the tasks assigned to them.
Sees their own tasks, marks progress, leaves notes and requests supplies for the house.
Gets approved items with photos and quantities, records what was bought and adds the receipt.
A shared screen for the kitchen that shows today's kitchen tasks, notes and events.
Shopping, from request to receipt
Every request follows the same path. Anything not bought on the first trip stays on the list until it's done.
Pick photographed products from your household list and set the quantity, or ask for something that isn't on the list yet.
A manager approves and chooses a driver in one step. Approval alone never sends anyone shopping.
The driver marks each item purchased, partly purchased or unavailable. The rest stays open for the next trip.
One store, one receipt total and a photo of the receipt. Item amounts only split that total, so nothing is counted twice.
Purchases and reports show the month's spending in your household currency, with an Excel export for any month.
Quantities stay exact. A six-pack of water requested as 2 packs means two six-packs, not two bottles. Brand, size and pack count are kept separately for every product.
Around the house
Set tasks to happen once, daily, weekly or monthly, with a time, a priority and the person responsible. Overdue work stands out.
A private list of the products your home uses, with photos, sizes and categories. Start from 70 starter products or add your own.
Leave instructions for the household and choose who sees each note, including the kitchen display.
A week view of household events, including the ones that repeat, next to the tasks that are due.
Staff and drivers join with a one-time code or QR, then sign in with your household code and a username. No email address needed.
See what was done each day and who updated it, filter by person and export the results.
